Looking for a different childcare experience – one that provides a calm, nurturing environment for your child, supports individualized learning at their own pace, and fosters social development with peers without giving up one-on-one attention from caregivers and throwing them into a chaotic traditional daycare environment? You’re not asking too much.
Meadow Oaks Montessori is a school chosen by families who value calm, consistency, and a thoughtful approach to early childhood. Many of our families are balancing demanding careers while remaining deeply invested in their child’s development—and they appreciate being part of a school where those priorities are understood.
Conveniently located at the intersection of Hillcrest and Arapaho in North Dallas, Meadow Oaks Montessori provides authentic Montessori Education for infants starting at 12 weeks and advancing all the way through age 6. Here, you’ll find thoughtfully designed classrooms with traditional Montessori materials, certified Montessori Guides, and a thriving community of students and parents that share the same desires for their children. We create a prepared environment where children have freedom to explore, discover their own motivation, and gain confidence that forms a strong learning foundation during the early years that matter most.

Our son has attended Meadow Oaks since he was 16 months old and is now almost 6. His time at Meadow Oaks has been an incredibly rich, joyful learning experience. Early on, he taught himself how to ride a tricycle and how to play on monkey bars during recess. He's in kindergarten this year, and we're confident that his teacher here is simply the best teacher in the city for him. He happily reads at a first grade level, has a good grasp of place value to the thousands, can do 4-digit addition with regrouping, and has learned his times tables. He's also had terrific exposure to Spanish, yoga and music (included with the cost of tuition), and the opportunity to learn some tennis and soccer as add-on experiences.

Our family has been part of the MOM community for the past few years now, and we’ve been lucky enough to send both of our children here. Watching each of them grow, learn, and thrive in such a loving environment has meant so much to us. The teachers truly know and care about each child as an individual, and that genuine warmth is felt the moment you walk through the doors. Our children have built meaningful friendships and a true love for learning. We are incredibly grateful for this school, for this community, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a place that feels like a second home.

Meadow Oaks Montessori has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment our son began attending at just six months old, we felt an immediate sense of trust and care that is rare to find. Over the past year, we have watched him grow into a confident, curious, and increasingly independent 18-month-old who genuinely loves going to school each day to see his teachers and friends.
What sets Meadow Oaks Montessori apart is the remarkable consistency of its teachers and administrators. Our son has been cared for by the same loving, dedicated team throughout his entire enrollment, which has provided an incredible sense of stability- not just for him, but for us as parents. In an environment where teacher turnover is common, this level of continuity speaks volumes about the culture, leadership, and care within the school.
We are deeply grateful to be part of the Meadow Oaks Montessori community and cannot recommend it highly enough to families seeking a nurturing, development-focused environment rooted in trust, consistency, and genuine love for children.
